What should I bring to my first appointment?+
Just yourself and any photos of what you're going for. New clients fill out a short intake form beforehand covering your hair history and goals, so your stylist already has context before you sit down.
How long does a color appointment take?+
It depends on the service - a refresh is quicker than a full dimensional color or grey coverage from scratch. Your stylist will give you a real time estimate once they know what you're looking for.
How do I maintain my color between appointments?+
Every color at Canvas is built to grow out seamlessly rather than need constant upkeep. Your stylist will walk you through the right at-home care for your specific color before you leave.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?+
Life happens - just text or call us as soon as you know, and we'll find you a new time. Since every appointment is reserved just for you, as much notice as you can give helps us take care of the next client too.
Do you take walk-ins?+
No - every slot is scheduled in advance so your stylist can give you their full attention, not split between an appointment and a walk-in. Text us and we'll find the next available time for you.
